Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS (Skincare & Retail Items)

We offer returns on eligible retail products within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product must not be a personalised or custom-order item

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic items
  • Personal care goods
  • Gift vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items

TREATMENT BOOKINGS (In-Clinic Services)

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all consultation and treatment bookings.
Your deposit is applied to your treatment cost on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided:

  • The deposit will be forfeited
  • A new deposit is required to rebook

If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the deposit will also be forfeited

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment.
If you arrive too late for the treatment to be performed safely or effectively, the deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment, with a new deposit , will be required.

Refunds for Treatments and Deposits

Payments for treatments, prepaid packages, and deposits are non-refundable.
Once a treatment has been performed, it cannot be refunded.

If you are assessed as unsuitable for the treatment you originally booked, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative treatment or skincare product, but is not refundable.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They may be redeemed for treatments or retail products and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

REFUNDS (PRODUCTS ONLY)

Once your returned product has been inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times vary depending on your bank.
